It’s been a very snowy, cold winter so far for us all in Scotland! Brrrr….. Very, very beautiful, with an incredible amount of snow. I’ve lived in Edinburgh for around 14 years, and it rarely snows in the city- but this winter we’ve really made up for it, with snow piled up on every road, pavement and car!
The snow caused me a lot of extra work and stress before Christmas, which is why my poor blog has been neglected recently! Supplier orders sat in postal depots unable to move, I had to walk through blizzards to client meetings as the car was snowed in, I had to postphone shoots, and when I could eventually get the car out, I ran around picking up albums from various depots on the outskirts of town, and delivering people’s orders in time for Christmas! Phew! Everything turned out fine in the end and I enjoyed a well deserved rest when Christmas finally came!
Despite the mayhem caused by the weather, it certainly made for pretty pictures on my travels out and about…
And at least the ducks got some ice skating done….
